Teriyaki Malarkey
Steak

Don’t mess with steak! Unless it’s Malarkey with Teriyaki!

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 2

  • Preheat frying pan to high heat
  • Place steaks into a bowl and cover with Teriyaki Malarkey Sauce
  • Add steaks to the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side undisturbed
  • Add more sauce to warm through
  • Meanwhile prepare rice according to pack instructions
  • Wash and steam mangetout for 5 minutes
  • Remove steaks from the pan and leave to rest for 4 minutes
  • Plate up the mangetout and rice, sprinkle with a few chopped spring onions
  • Slice steak and place on top of the rice
  • Use leftover sauce from the pan to drizzle over the steak and rice
  • Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

  • 1/2 bottle Tanya's Just Real Teriyaki Malarkey
  • 2 fillet steaks
  • sugar snap peas
  • microwave rice
  • spring onions
  • Grated beetroot (optional)
  • sesame seeds (optional)
