Slow Roast Ribs

A healthier rack of ribs, but you’ll still need bibs!

Ok so ribs are fatty, but their fat is what makes them so yummy, satisfying even the littlest hands & tummy! We need Rather than smothering them with salt & sugar & more fat, try a Malarkey with Teriyaki. This recipe is so simple, great for family sharing, sure to make meat loving family happily messy.

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 1-2

  • Place pork ribs in the middle of a large piece of foil on a baking tray
  • Smother with Teriyaki Malarkey sauce, ensuring all ribs are coated
  • Fold foil over ribs into a parcel
  • Place in the oven at 145degrees for 1hr30mins
  • Remove from the oven and rest for 10 mins
  • Serve as you wish – and get messy! **

  • rack of pork ribs
  • serve with salad
