Teriyaki Malarkey

When Teriyaki malarkey met hake, it weren’t no mistake

  • Preheat the oven to 180degrees
  • Place Hake fillet into an oven proof dish
  • Cover with Teriyaki Malarkey sauce and cover with foil
  • Place into oven and cook for 25minutes
  • Meanwhile wash and cut the heads of pak choi in half lengthways. Steam or fry for 2-4 minutes or until the leaves have wilted
  • Remove fish from oven and serve over pak choi (sprinkle of coriander for garnish)
  • Serve with rice or noodles


  • ½ bottle Tanya's Just Real Teriyaki Malarkey
  • 2 Hake fillets (or 1 large)
  • pak Choi
  • fresh/frozen coriander to garnish
