Rack’em up with Smokey Cokey

So if hubby had it his way everyday would be a bbq, hence I created Smokey Cokey as a source in lieu. This dish so simple even he can make, just smother in sauce & bake.

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 2

  • Place pork ribs in the middle of a large piece of foil on a baking tray
  • Smother with Smokey Cokey sauce, ensuring all ribs are coated
  • Fold foil over ribs into a parcel
  • Place in the oven at 145 degrees for 1hr30mins
  • Remove from the oven and rest for 10 mins
  • Serve as you wish – and get messy!
