Let’s do the Smokey Cokey – turn that hunger frown upside down

  • Place pork shoulder in the middle of a large piece of foil on a baking tray
  • Smother with Smokey Cokey sauce, ensuring meat is coated all over
  • Fold foil over the shoulder into a tight parcel
  • Place in the oven at 140 degrees low and slow (3 hours per kilogram)
  • Go and do something you love!
  • Remove from the oven, rest for 10 mins
  • Shred with a fork and serve as serve as desired
