Let’s do the Smokey Cokey – turn that hunger frown upside down

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 4

Place pork shoulder in the middle of a large piece of foil on a baking tray
Smother with Smokey Cokey sauce, ensuring meat is coated all over
Fold foil over the shoulder into a tight parcel
Place in the oven at 140 degrees low and slow (3 hours per kilogram)
Go and do something you love!
Remove from the oven, rest for 10 mins
Shred with a fork and
Serve with tacos or wraps, salad, sour cream and cheese.
