Minted Mayhem
Lamb Meatballs

It’s a winner, lamb & mint, there’s no need to hint

A recipe that needs no introduction, if you like lamb & mint sauce, you’ll love this as a matter of course.

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 4

  • Preheat oven 180 degrees
  • Place meatballs in ovenproof dish and pour over Minted Mayhem sauce and mix in evenly
  • Cover dish with foil and place in the oven, bake for 30 minutes
  • Optional to brown - Remove foil and grill on medium high for 5 mins
  • Meanwhile cook the rice according to pack instruction
  • Remove meatballs from the oven and serve over rice with a sprinkle of chopped coriander
  • Serve with some greens…

This recipe is also great on the hob – in a sauce pan, or frying pan too

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle Tanya's Just Real Minted Mayhem
  • 16-20 lamb meatballs
  • microwave rice
  • fresh/frozen coriander to garnish
  • kale
