Fiery Fiasco
Tinny Tuna Salad

A healthy yet fiery ballad for a tuna salad

  • Prepare the egg by placing in a pan of boiling water and cooking for 6 minutes
  • Prepare green beans by steaming/boiling for 3-5 minutes
  • Place mixed salad into a bowl
  • Slice the tomatoes and red onion, then add to the salad
  • Slice the green beans and add to the salad
  • Remove pan from heat and immediately pour cold water over the cooked egg, set aside
  • Drain the tinned tuna and place into a bowl, mix in ¼ bottle of Fiery Fiasco
  • Spoon the tuna onto the salad and sprinkle over the olives
  • Peel the egg and gently slice in half, place on top of the salad and serve


  • 1/2 bottle Tanya's Just Real Fiery Fiasco
  • tinned tuna in spring water
  • mixed salad leaves
  • tomatoes
  • green beans
  • Red onion
  • black olives (drained)
  • 2 large soft boiled egg
