Fiery Fiasco

Fire it Up! A smashing fiasco with avocado

  • Preheat the grill
  • Pour the nacho chips onto an ovenproof tray/plate and cover with grated cheese
  • Place under the grill and cook until the cheese starts to golden on top (~5 minutes)
  • Meanwhile chop and mash the avocado in a bowl, add ¼ bottle of Fiery Fiasco and mix
  • In a separate bowl, combine sliced red onion and chopped tomatoes and add a sprinkling of coriander, mix well
  • Remove nachos from the grill
  • Spoon the Fiery avocado smash and tomato salsa onto the nachos along with a generous blob of sour cream
  • Serve immediately


  • 3/4 bottle Tanya's Just Real Fiery Fiasco (or more!)
  • tomatoes
  • red onion
  • fresh/ frozen coriander
  • avocado
  • sour cream
  • nacho chips
  • grated cheese
