Cucumber Blunder
Vegetarian Fried Rice

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 2 OR 4 AS A SIDE

  • Preheat frying pan on medium heat with oil
  • Crack eggs into pan and stir in pan until cooked
  • Add veg and rice
  • Pour in Cucumber Blunder and mix in
  • Lower heat and let veg cook
  • Serve into bowls
  • Soy Sauce on the side

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bottle Tanya's Just Real Cucumber Blunder
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil/rapeseed oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 packet easy cook rice
  • peas
  • cabbage (sliced)
  • any other vegetables of choice
  • soy sauce (optional)
