Cucumber Blunder
Seared Salmon Fillet

A twist of plate, salmon meets cucumber, mooli, lemon and ginger, releasing aromas of home cooking that delicately linger

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 1

  • Preheat frying pan on a medium heat
  • On a plate place the salmon fillet and smother with cucumber blunder sauce
  • Turn pan up to a high heat and add to salmon to one side of the pan
  • Sear the salmon until sides are browned
  • Add more sauce and warm through
  • Boil or pan fry broccoli until tender
  • Remove salmon and serve on bed of broccoli
  • Use any leftover sauce from the pan as a drizzle

  • salmon fillet
  • tenderstem broccoli
  • lemons
  • cucumber to garnish
