Beetroot Cahoot
Chicken Livers and Bacon

Pan fried pretty in pink, the cook sure to get a wink

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 2-3

  • Preheat a frying pan on medium heat
  • Add sliced bacon to the pan until brown
  • Add Chicken livers and 2/3 bottle Beetroot Cahoot sauce
  • Fry for 7/10 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Prepare broccoli and green beans by steaming or boiling for ~5 minutes
  • When chicken livers are cooked through remove from the heat and serve alongside the green vegetables and your choice of potatoes or rice

  • 1/2 - 2/3 bottle Tanya's Just Real Beetroot Cahoot
  • 8-10 chicken livers
  • 4 rashers smoked bacon
  • green vegetables - brocolli & green beans
