Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to the Beetroot Cahoot Buddha Bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

SERVES 2-3

Preheat a frying pan on a medium heat
In a bowl place the chicken breasts and pour over enough Beetroot Cahoot to coat the chicken
Cut up bacon into small strips
Fry off bacon
Add chicken pieces into pan and fry until tender
Add more Beetroot Cahoot sauce
Meanwhile in a serving bowl place some freshly washed salad leaves and decorate with the chopped vegetables
Once the chicken is cooked though remove from frying pan and place on to salad
Any remaining sauce from the pan can be used as a dressing…. Enjoy

1/2 bottle Tanya's Just Real Beetroot Cahoot
10-12 mini chicken fillets
6-8 bacon rashers
lettuce and leaves
tomatoes
avocado
courgette and butternut squash courgetti
mixed seeds (optional)
