We're delighted to be teaming up with culinary genius, the Real Ruth Hansom to bring Just Real fresh meal solutions and ideas to families and individuals.
Ruth and Tanya are both advocates of the push towards healthier eating for all, creating recipes that incorporate Tanya's Just Real sauces into simple, quick and tasty food.
Ruth is a trailblazer in the UK hospitality industry with a passion for British produce, an impressive CV and an array of awards to her name. Justifiably, she is one of the UK's leading young chefs. Ruth's culinary journey began at 16 with a bold move to London, to take up a place at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College. Having secured a position at The Ritz London, Ruth completed her Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Apprenticeship with a Distinction, remaining there for five years and progressing to Chef de Partie. Ruth's talent was showcased to the nation on BBC 2's Million Pound Menu, with fellow business woman, sommelier Emily Lambert. In June 2018 she joined Luton Hoo hotel as head chef at Wernher, their fine dining restaurant, until moving back to London to join Pomona's in Notting Hill as Head Chef in April 2019. When not in the kitchen, Ruth is a lecturer and mentor for chefs of the future, also donating her time to the Springboard Charity.
